As the CEO of Rockians Pharmacy Ltd, Gospark Dental Clinic and Founder of RMF (Rockians Medical Foundation), Martins has a demonstrated commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes for all individuals. He has spearheaded numerous initiatives to provide care and compassion to those in need, leveraging his expertise and network to drive meaningful change. In addition to his healthcare leadership roles, Martins is also an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in multi-sector business ventures.

Efficiently works to ensure and contribute to optimal delivery of local, national and global programme outcomes for RMF. Strengthened organisational’s profiles and amplified issues crucial for sustainable development while influencing policies, decision makers and donors to prioritise, fund and deliver specific social services such as water, sanitation, quality healthcare, education services and social protection for the poorest, persons with disabilities and marginalised.
Provides strategic leadership, financial and technical support to drive organizational effectiveness, also possesses the skills to develop and design programme and project plans, organisational strategies and function with minimal supervision in a multi-cultural environment.

Blessing Eloho is a highly skilled and experienced project manager/MEAL officer. With a first-class degree in microbiology and over three years of experience in research and data analysis, she has proven to be a master of her craft.
Her passion for community building and event management has led her to manage and build several developer communities, including one of the biggest Tech Conference in Abuja, and she currently serves as the Women Techmaker Ambassador for Google Developers Group Mpape. She has a remarkable leadership skills and public speaking prowess.
As the Senior project manager/MEAL at RFM, she has designed, coordinated and carried out the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research and learning framework of all projects and initiatives. Her role in directing the collection, assembling, storing, processing, and reporting of data while assuring its high quality and auditability has been impressive.
She has established the broad framework for project M&E, including impact analysis, midterm project review, and final evaluation. Her meticulousness in making project performance monitoring plans using proper data collection techniques has ensured the success of various projects.

Amarachi is a communication professional with expertise in Media and Digital communication with a bachelor degree( BA) from Abia state university.
She has supported leading development organizations in building their impact profile using social media and other communication channels.
Amarachi is currently serving with Aid for Rural Education Access Initiative (AREAi) as a Program and Impact Fellow. Under this position, she serves as a quality education facilitator supporting over 200 out-of-school refugee children to acquire functional literacy and numeracy skills across Nigeria's most marginalized communities with the aid of FastTrack; an innovative self-assisted, technology-enabled, and accelerated skills development program.
She is open to opportunities within the development sector.
